LOVE
April's goal as a designer is to make your home the place you long to be. Growing up on the west coast, she spent a lot of time outdoors, at the beach and in the mountains, inspiring her position that your home should reflect your personality as well as your natural environment. She believes that you should surround yourself with the things that bring you joy, be it a color, an accessory or a piece of furniture.
April doesn’t rely on trends, believing that timeless designs are essential. She is also passionate about the idea that good design and spaces that bring happiness should be attainable by all, realizing that a thoughtful color palette or the creative placement of accent pieces can instantly enliven a space.
LIVE
April’s experience brings her from fabric and furniture showrooms, to firms recognized internationally in print media, to appearances on HGTV’s “Sensible Chic”. Her array of projects has been just as rich, working on urban lofts, fun family homes, wine country getaways and some fabulous dream homes. Her favorite projects are those where she develops a sincere relationship with her clients while sharing the same vision for their homes: a happy, hip and fresh take, incorporating both their lifestyles and their environments.
